Phase 1 (2019-2020)
Small Local Green Markets
Currently moving out of this phase thanks to all the support, donations, and purchases.
Phase 2 (2021-2022)
Larger Local Markets, Wholesale to Local Restaurants/ Grocery Stores, and Shipping in the U.S.
This phase requires more capital which will be used to purchase professional signage, additional government food permits and FDA approved food labels for wholesale and mass consumption. Also, to help pay rent to use a local co-op kitchen for baking and packaging.
Phase 3 (2023-20XX)
Mobile Pudding Truck
A reliable step food truck will run between $20,000 – $40,000 as an initial investment. This includes the vehicle wrapped, customized refrigeration installed to keep inventory cool. Also, additional permits, licenses, and staff.
